It’s almost here! Thanksgiving…A time of year where many of us gather together under one roof and leave that place a pound or two heavier. This week, Rev. Drew Gysi, Tim Russell, CKA® and producer Tyler Rutherford share what they are thankful for, and possibly even become somewhat sentimental as they reminisce over the last year.

It is always good to give thanks.

“Give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” (1 Thessalonians 5:18, NIV84)

It is good know about this verse that this is an imperative. What does that mean? It means it is a command (present, active imperative). It is not to be our “option,” but a lifestyle to be thankful. It should be part of our DNA. Whatever happens in our lives, as good times and bad times alike pass by, we are to respond by giving thanks to the Lord!

But, it does not change the fact that in ALL things, in ALL circumstances, we are to be thankful and give thanks to the Lord for what HE is doing and allowing in our lives! This is, as we read in this verse, THE WILL OF GOD.

So, today, we would like to take some time and share our thanksgiving.

Why would we do this?

  • We want you to know a little more about who we are.
  • We (each of us) want to be more vocal about our thankfulness.
  • We want to inspire you to do the same.

Listen to today’s episode for more.
